We will then be moving outdoors from 8th April (6-7:30pm) on the old ground in Clumber Park. James of Complete Coaching Solutions will continue to lead the sessions with support from our own great coaches.

James has created a detailed training plan which will cover a wide variety of different skills and is designed to set our players up for a great season.
